Amazon’s Move to the Real World

Brave move by Amazon. This is mainly to drive the sales of its Kindle. The thinking behind this is that consumers want to touch and feel the gadget and talk to product specialists in the store about the features and benefits. Amazon is following Apple with this strategy as Apple has seen huge success with its own retail stores to enhance customer engagement. We will have to wait and see if it works
